I, like maybe 11 million others, am in the same boat of being a hair puller, but now I am finally in the process of healing. The reason that we percieve that we are the only ones that do this, is because we all keep this embarrassing, shameful secret to ourselves. I rate this shameful secret right up to where child sexual abuse secrecey used to be. It acturally stems from family power abuse. abby rohrer who is an ex-puller, is teaching me in a holistic appraoch how to heal myself. Anybody can use self controle and break a habit and maybe not do it again with with alot of self controle. She is helping me acturally to heal so that I never have to deal with it again. She is my, and many other’s, hero….Maybe even america’s best kept secret. I am so grateful to her that my mission is to tell as many people as I can so that they may also get healed. Look her up and you will be grateful that you did. Has anybody else been thru her program?
