Angel asked:
Is it okay to used canned organic no salt added veggies and puree them in a food processor? Or should they be fresh or frozen veggies? Does anyone have any good baby food recipes they would like to share?

It all works.
Just rinse canned goods in a strainer before blending them. Boiled potatoes, or carrots are good.
Frozen veggies sometimes come out lumpy, I use mostly canned or fresh.
You can actually puree some soups, like chicken noodle, and a good thing to do is add a quarter of an avocado to every 8 oz you puree for extra vitamins and proteins.
