Thank you! Yeah, I figured after-the-fact that I should have sprayed the foil to keep the fries from sticking… I put that advice in the recipe when I put it up on the pekwataog website

Hahahaa, thank you! I promised that I would do another underwear video when I hit 40 Lbs lost, and I’m still 0.9 Lbs away!! LOL. I’ll do a comparison video next week, hopefully, when I hit that 40 Lb mark

Try to find raw almonds that are skinned. The brown skin are enzyme inhibitors.

I cut out all sodas 100%. Through trial and error I found out it wasn’t so much the taste I was missing but the carbonation. All I do now is use a tall glass, fill with ice and sparking water, a splash of cranberry juice on top and I’m set.

I bought a butternut squash today to try and make these fries but it cost 4 dollars have you tried making it with only half the squash? will the squash last long that way?

I rinsed the seeds in distilled water, and that separated them from the pulp a bit. I put them in at 325F with the rest of the bns, and the seeds were done after 15 mins, I added some salt. Delicious. I will have to develop a taste for the stringy part.

I dont know if almonds have an expiration date but if you keep them in the freezer they stay ALOT fresher and are kinda tasty cold on a hot day

OMG! I love that idea about the fruit in the sparkling water… I am drinking San Pellegrino with raspberries in it now, and it tastes DEVINE. Another thing I like to make it a faux-jito… sparkling water with muddled mint leaves and organic lime wedges over crushed ice… perfect drink without the calories!

Many years ago I worked in a lab with a woman who was doing research on the bad effects of aspartame. She was feeding it to baby rats and watching them get brain damage. I asked her what was the dose she was giving them, and she replied “the equivalent of a human drinking 12 cans of diet soda a day”. I laughed and said “Who drinks 12 cans of diet soda in a day?”
