Yeah, wish I could make more too! My husband does the camera work and editing, and also holds down a full-time job. One a month is about all we can get away with right now. Thanks for the kudos!

I was wondering what cruciferous veggies were after reading that they have a lot of good nutrients for vegetarians (like me). Now I know! Thank you so much for this great video!

From Alison, the chef… I just learned that kohlrabi is in fact, not a root. It grows on top of the ground. What a beautiful and strange vegetable! Sorry for the mis-information in this video.
